Dr.S.Jayalakshmi is currently working as Dean-Academics & HoD-S&H at Srinivasa Institute of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous). She has completed B.E at Government College of Engineering, Erode(Formerly known as IRTT) and M.Tech at JNTUH, Hyderabad. She holds Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from SCSVMV University, Kancheepuram. She has published 25 research publications in various national and international journals. She has vast teaching and research experience over 24 years. She is the life time member of ISTE and IAENG. She has conducted workshops in the area of Entrepreneurship funded by DST. Her research areas are Power Systems, Reliability Engineering etc., She has been awarded with Women Researcher Award in the year 2021 on the occasion of International Scientist Awards,2021 on Engineering, Science and Medicine
