Frequency:-
The chairman will convene the meeting of the CAC. The committee shall meet as and when requires and at least twice in semester. The notice shall state the venue, the date and time of the meeting. Not withstanding the above provision, the chairman of the College Academic Committee may call an emergency meeting at a short notice to consider urgent special issues.
Functions:-
The College Academic Committee’s primary function is to oversee and improve the academic standards and activities within a college. This includes formulating academic policies, reviewing curriculum, monitoring student progress, and promoting teaching innovations. It acts as a bridge between faculty, students, and administration, ensuring the academic integrity and quality of the institution.
