Academic Positions

Professor

Ph D degree in the relevant field and First class in bachelor’s and Master’s level in the relevant branch with a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor

and

At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals

and

At least guided 2 Ph Ds successfully as Supervisor / Co-supervisor
Associate Professor

Master’s level in the relevant branch with a minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph D experience

and

At least total 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.
Assistant Professor

Engineering: Bachelor’s and Master’s level in the relevant branch with minimum of 2 years’ experience

Management: Master’s degree in Business Administration / PGDM / C. A. / ICWA / M. Com. with First Class, Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master’s degree.

Non-Academic Positions

Placement and Training Officer
Any Master’s degree, with minimum 10 years of experience in providing Placements in various sectors, to students

Excellent spoken and written Communication skills

Online Research Skills

Have a formal LinkedIn profile

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with corporates

Generate employment opportunities for students by establishing and maintaining productive industry partnerships

Correspond with prospective companies and arrange on-campus as well as off-campus interviews

Conduct job market studies and arrange training programmes for students

Line up the students according to the company’s requirements, as per the pre-placement profiling

Ability to coordinate with various departments’ students regarding Placement procedures

Maintain students’ database and documents related to pre-placement and post-placement
Lab Instructor
B.E. in the appropriate branch; or Diploma (3 years course ); or B.Sc in the appropriate branch.

At least 5 years professional experience as Assistant Lab Instructor or professional experience as Technician in industry.

Good communication skills. Fair knowledge of English and Telugu.

Knowledge of computers and the appropriate tools relating to the respective laboratories.

Proficient in computer application languages like Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Foreman/Programmer
M.E /M. Tech fresher; or B.E. in the appropriate branch with two years or Diploma (3 Year course) in the appropriate branch.

At least 10 years of professional experience as Lab Instructor or Technician, in Industry.

Good communication skills. Fair knowledge of English and Telugu.

Knowledge of computers and the appropriate tools relating to the respective laboratories.

Proficient in computer application languages like Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Office Assistant /First Division Assistant
Post-Graduate, with prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar capacity in a reputed Institution, is desirable.

Proficiency in computer application languages like Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint etc.

Fluent in English and Telugu.

Capable of independently drafting letters in English.
