The Chairman of the first Board of Studies (BoS) extended a warm welcome to the members present and started the presentation by briefing about the institution and the given agenda was discussed with the members.

To discuss about the curriculum and syllabus of II Year–Mechanical Engineering students admitted During A.Y. 2023 (R23).. |
The chairman exhibited to all the members the course structure recommended by the JNTUK Kakinada. The syllabus of the following courses has been discussed.
· Embedded Systems & IOT Lab · Thermodynamics. · The members suggested us to freeze the framed syllabus given by the JNTUK. No additions or deletions should be made in the Embedded Systems & IOT Lab (OR) to replace this into MAT LAB. · The committee members suggest us to add more detailed topics on ENTROPY.
· The committee members also suggested us to add the topic on CRYOGENICS in the subject which enhances the technical knowledge for the students.

To discuss about the curriculum and syllabus offered by Mechanical Engineering to other departments. |
The committee members suggested us to the change the category of the course (Design and Innovation thinking) S&H department and (Optimization Techniques) Management cours1. These both courses were to be added in the department of Mechanical. |

The committee members accepted and suggested us to conduct the programme on IOT and AIML which were related to the field of Mechanical applications in the future aspects. |
